An arbitrary curfew is not doing a --- thing to "keep people safe from Covid." It's about control, plain and simple.

The purpose of this by the Government is rather simple. It is called CONTROL.

Just open the borders.please , or Gave us 4 good reasons why the borders are closed.....I will give u 4 good reasons why the borders should be opened..... 1/ Corona aint going no where, its going to be around for a long time so we have to Co - exist with it, put safety measures in place and lets move on, informed Cruise Ship and Aero plane that they have to bring healthy people to our ports....2/ Dont matter if we open tomorrow or next year, there will be no perfect opening Corona can still sneaki in, so, the earlier u open up the better prepare you become, U have more time to assest, fix and adjust,.. ..3/ What Economical advantage you get by opening up so late ... "None"...4/ Our people except Govt employees are hurting, Businesses are hurting, some are closing, Our economy is on a rapid decline. Where is the Wisdom, the Empathy?

None of your damn business. People have the constitutional right to freedom of movement in the BVI. It is none of your business or concern as to how they lawfully exercise their rights.

I think the curfew is staying on as a precautionary measure. It may look extreme now, but in the event that covid cases do arrive on our shores, it’ll be easier for the community to accept and obey an earlier curfew/lockdown because there has been a curfew for months. However , if the Government takes off the curfew and is forced to re-instate a brand new lock down/curfew after some time, it may be harder for the people to cope getting back into that state.

Bear with the Gov, as I’m sure we can all agree that what they’re doing is in our best interest!

We have been this safe because the government doesn’t listen to whiners like some of you are doing. Our Premier has done a wonderful job protecting us from something we have never had to go up against before. I am not saying we won’t ever get the virus here, but so far so good. Good job Honorable Fahie.
