ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- The Methodist Church BVI Circuit joyfully announces a dynamic week of revival services in celebration of Whit, culminating in a March of Witness and fellowship gathering on Whit Monday, June 9, 2025. This year’s theme is “Refuelling the Revival: Rekindling the Faith,” drawn from Revelation 2:1-5.

From June 2 – 6 nightly revival services will be held at 6:30 p.m. beginning on Monday to Thursday (June 2 -5) at the Sea Cow’s Bay Methodist Church and concluding on Friday, June 6 at the Long Look Methodist Church.  These powerful services will be led by the esteemed Connexional President of the Methodist Church in the Caribbean and the Americas (MCCA), Bishop Juan M. Simpson B., who will deliver spirit-led messages throughout the week.

Each night of the revival will focus on a specific sub-theme:

  • Night 1 – June 2:Remembering Your First Love
  • Night 2 – June 3:Rise from Fallenness
  • Night 3 – June 4:Repent and Return to Your First Love
  • Night 4 – June 5: Be Restored and Refueled for Service

The week’s celebration will reach its high point on Whit Monday, June 9, with a March of Witness.  The march will commence near the Multisports Complex, proceed past the Road Town Police Station, turn right onto Hunthum’s Ghut pass through Lower Estate and Long Bush, and conclude at the Elmore Stoutt High School grounds.  There, the community will gather under the tent for an uplifting time of worship, the Word and fellowship.

The Methodist Church BVI Circuit invites the entire community to participate in this meaningful week of spiritual renewal.  We look forward to a transformative time in God’s presence and pray that the people called Methodists will be refuelled for revival by the Holy Spirit through the rekindling of our faith.

Did not know you all were still members of this community. You sure kept quiet for a LOT! But I do agree we have to repent and turn to GOD because the devil have his foot so far up ….that we don’t know which way to turn. You guys should be more vocal and more seen in the community. Come on some of these local shows and fellowship with the wider community and not just the ones that roll in on Sunday mornings. We need to rebuild our homes, reestablish genuine relationships with loved ones and with GOD. We need help maintaining our faith, self respect, manners, patience, etc. Churches we need you guys to pull up!
