VALLEY, Virgin Gorda, VI- A 23-year-old man was charged with Assault Causing Bodily Harm and two counts of Criminal Damage following a recent incident on Virgin Gorda.
According to the Royal Virgin Islands Police Force (RVIPF), following a report, Mekhi Waters of Valley, Virgin Gorda, was arrested and charged.
“Preliminary inquiries suggest that the accused and the complainant were involved in an altercation during which an assault occurred, resulting in injuries,” RVIPF disclosed to the media on Friday, September 4, 2026.
Waters was granted bail in the sum of $8,000.
He is scheduled to appear before the Magistrates’ Court on November 4, 2026.
