McMaster defends NACAC title with SB & C/Ship Record in Bahamas
McMaster ran a Season's Best and Championship Record of 47.34 in the Men's 400m Hurdles Final moments ago, August 21, 2022.
The two-times Commonwealth Games champion's winning time was faster than his 48.93 seconds that won him the gold medal at the Commonwealth Games in Birmingham on August 6, 2022.
Second was USA's Khallifah Rosser in 47.59 while third was CJ Allen, also of the USA, in 48.23.
"I feel good. I ran a Season's Best," McMaster stated after the race.
With Rosser on his heel, McMaster was asked what got him over the line first.
"To retain my title and just win, that was the goal," McMaster responded.
