MANAGUA, Nicaragua- Miss Teen BVI Maya Z.V. Marcellin will represent the Virgin Islands (VI) at the upcoming Miss Teen Universe International Pageant in Nicaragua.

The pageant will take place in Managua, Nicaragua, at the Rubén Darío National Theatre, on March 1, 2026, where Maya will compete against 25 other Miss Teens from across the globe. 

According to teenuniverse.tv, the Teen Universe International Pageant is a global beauty competition celebrating teenage girls from all corners of the world.

Gathering for a grand send-off

Maya will depart the VI on Sunday, February 22, 2026, at 11:30 AM from the Road Town Ferry Dock. 

Supporters, well-wishers, family, and friends are encouraged to gather and show their pride as she embarks on this exciting international journey.

The community is invited to come out in full support and give her a powerful send-off worthy of a queen. 

“Throughout her reign, Maya has exemplified grace, confidence, and a deep love for the Virgin Islands,” a release from Miss Teen BVI said, adding, “As she steps onto the global stage, she carries with her the culture, resilience, and vibrant spirit of the BVI.”
