why in most circumstances one only sees the politicians just before an election: mark this year 2018 and I am 90% sure that one not see this hive of political activity in 2019: but most of them will crawl from the woodwork again just before the next scheduled election(2022?)

Where were these candidates after the hurricanes? Did they not knee that there were registered voters and well wishes all along in the BVI. Stop trying to undermine and utilizing people for your own personal gains.

I for one would like to know what the criteria is for a person to be deemed an eligible voter. I will like a plane ticket to come and vote...remember each vote counts and mine might be the deciding vote.

As we start our final process of mourning our native daughter Hon. Dolores Christopher Friday & Saturday, the Mapp/ Potter team is making a Trump move like he did for hideous crime that just happened in Pittsburghon Saturday .No respect , it s sad .

Smith is my choice. He has always supported the BVI with scholarships for BVI students to attend UVI. He heads up BVI Association in STT. As a matter of fact he just donated a lot of school supplies from the group to the primary schools in Tortola.

I’m with Smith. He’s always been in and out of the BVI, Election time or not. He’s the head of the BVI Association in STT and have been giving BVI students scholarships for years. As a matter of fact, when he was here for the radio interview, they donated a large sum of school supplies to the primary schools on Tortola. That’s commitment.

If God our Creator prolong my life, and allow me to go to the pole to vote my choice coming general election, I don't intend to participate in this Meet and Greet idea.
Three hundre and sixry-five make one year. Why should I participate in a ritual like this?

Hand shaking is an indication the we agreed. Why should I shake a person or persons hand that I done agree with? Would not that proved that I an as hypocrite? In addition to that, I heard that evil spirits can be transferred from on person to another through the shaking of hand. I personally have held hand, and prayed for a perticular person, very soon after evil spirits entered my home, and tormented nightly. I prayed, and asked a particulars Christians Misister to help me pray against that evil intervention. Weeks of harassment later, the harassment stopped.

To all politicians: My desire is to go the pole and vote for those I will, not to participate in a shake hands show. Many people that show their teeth to you are the very ones that care less for you.and I.
We need helping hands, not shaking hands at this critical time of financial in the BVI for the majority of people that are permanently living here, especially during this time of financial hardship.
