Have the jaws of life to cut the vehicle apart to get access to the person in the car?

Icty..I saw it happen live from down in skelton baylot. They fly down the hill round tha corner too fast and wide. Before they could hit the brakes proper...BASH!! right into the vehicle casually driving up the hill, shook the lampost and all. From I hear engine revving after the impact I turn for the emergency number. Cause that felt to me like somebody was knocked unconsious on the accelerator or something.
Fortunately a police Tacoma happened to drive by heading townwards seconds after incident occured.

Why ever they thought driving that fast downhill around such a sharp corner was sensible to do, lord knows. I just hope everyone comes out safe and we all learn to be more cautious when driving on these winding roads. You may be late or enjoying the thrill of speed, but you're only rushing to your injury or death in the process.

The lady driving the black suv APPARENTLY ran out of breaks. Not a valid excuse to me , because tortola is full of hills that we drive on everyday. Check your breaks before you leave home.
