He's no brother! No matter how hot the argument is, siblings might go to blows, but not shoot each other. This guy has a few screws loose for attempting to kill his sister. Book-em-Danno!

All the years while things were good between them, she had to have had knowledge of her brother having a gun, but didn't report it, but when you stay silent you and everyone else is in pending danger. So better you secure your future to live safe by reporting it, and don't bother with how close you are to that person, it could be your child because one day it will be use on you. Report it to the police.

" first-degree attempted murder, first-degree reckless endangerment, first-degree assault, carrying a firearm openly or concealed, and aiming and discharging a firearm"

So many charges related to one fire arm. Here in the BVI itd be only possession of a fire arm and possession of explosives (ammunition), they get off easy and get bail. Man should be ashamed.

Here in the BVI, they are soft on the criminals. Where they come from in Trinidad, Jamaica and Guyana the police would drive them somewhere tell them to get out the vehicle tell them to run and the rest is history. (BOOM). Honestly most of the above mentioned that is here in the territory has committed murder rape and other heinous crimes and they are now walking among us destroying the BVI.

CRACKHEADS , SHOWING HOW INTELLIGENT THEY ARE ,/ THAT CAN'T BE JUST AN ORDINARY ARGUMENT , FOR HIM TO FLEX OFF ON HIS OWN SISTER LIKE THAT WITH AN ( AK 47 ) SO THERE HAS TO BE A LOT MORE TO THIS STORY THATS NOT YET REVEALED , AND I LEAVE WITH " THERE IS NO HONOR AMONGST THIEVES "

The BVI rarely ,almost never, perhaps never post photos headshots,of their criminals. Considering that this could possibly further implicate the criminal in more and or different crime if recognized and that it is the public's right to know and to see any guess or fact why the BVI keeps their criminals incognito? A mystery of sort but common sense and logic indicates sinister reasons. May God have mercy on this crumbling facade of the once Beautiful VI.
