Clarke (wize up) when you was on the force, when were you arrived, before the fact? Yes police can patrol but they will not be able to see every thing. If you used to see or stop everything from happening then our crime rate would have been at zero today.

White on black psychological attack and horrific genetical mental damage for over 400 years to this day- 99%. A people without roots, without original identities, without their original languages, names, and religions, are bound to continue acting like mental slaves that was taught to them by their oppressors and maintained today by selected well-conditioned and selected buck-dancing negro coons.

There is nothing new under the sun.

Look at the U.K. and USA today. Karma- cause and effect. Those they terroristed in the past for their resources - are today - terrorizing them. Less we forget world history from the other side of the experience and not from the ones who felt they won the war.

Rubbish, get over yourself. Germany's Hitler attacked and killed millions of Europeans only in recent history. We have overcome and now have good relations with them and saved the world from their evilness. People must move on otherwise they will be stuck in thier hate.

Are you truly comparing the effects of 4 horrific years with 400 horrific years??? But of a stretch don't you think?

So Sad. These Modern Cop. Or supervisors. Or more focus on spoiling relationship with public with giving some really unnecessary tickets. We use to have one Jeep. We always on Foot patrol. While the sergeant do mobile patrol. The bank, Bobbys Bolos and village cay area was a focus..Main street was a focus from the hospital up to the Burial ground .. I guess things and time changed. Now every time you see cops. They are in a jeep. Maybe its for the better. What I can say is that the public police relationship was a lot better back then..We need that back... Instead of tickets for every little thing a warning at times is a lot better, nobody, no matter how wrong, you took money from will not like you! When a person get a warning they will always say that's a nice Cop and will have that respect... The next time they do wrong they will just smile and take their ticket...

@XCop, you can never be an ex-cop with your foolish @$% comment, spoiling relationships with unnecessary tickets, how dear you, no ticket given is unnecessary, they were given to law breakers. The best of some of you is to wait for an headline involving police to come on here with your hatred for the lawmen especially that one from St. Kits who called himself wize up. We know fully who you are and when you was a member of the Force you was not any better, so shut your craw.

Discretion cannot be exercised when people are willful. The law says to wear your seatbelt and not to use your cellular phone while driving without the aid of a handsfree device, am officer causal driver doing that, tell me what discretion you need the officer to exercise. Some of you people just ridiculous, lawless and never want to admit your wrong.

@correct, tell your legislators to put back the no parking legislation on the law books, they are the ones causing the problems but as usual the police are always the one to blame

If negro was the one in charge of policing there would been a big uprising by local talk show host in tv and radio however Pale face in charge so not one word: there is loads of chatter about the very poor political leadership BUT no out cry about the very poor stands of police operations: the levers of white collars crimes and the level of unsolved crime are the same: the governor and the commissioner of police is directly responsible for crime fighting tact ticks in this place but dem white so we can't not offend them!!!!

More tickets needed as a deterrence. More lights needed too. Police need to be less laid back. Out strolling. No fear or even respect for law enforcement. No consequence for breaking the law.
