Man allegedly threatened to kill another, Court hears

ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – Thomas Chapman pleaded not guilty to charges of criminal trespass, common assault and use of threatening language when placed before the Magistrate’s Court today, October 4, 2013.

According to the complaint read in court, Chapman allegedly unlawfully trespassed the property of David Lee Carson in Cane Garden Bay on December 22, 2012 and told the Virtual Complainant (VC) “If you ever talk to my brother again, I will [expletive] kill you.”

Chapman is currently on bail and is represented by attorney Jennifer Jarvis-Roberts. He will return to court on October 18, 2013.
