The shooter(s) were probably wearing full mask(s) so even with cameras this is tough to solve. If they were not wearing masks I doubt they would not have done the shooting there.

You are so correct. Even if there was a crowd that was met there, the heap of police that responded to the area were supposed to move the crowd away from that vehicle immediately! Terrible to see how some people were just all up on the vehicle and taking video and photos of the death. You see that thing called phone, it not only mash up lives but it can cause some people their death. They should have charged all who was near the vehicle. Even the officers who were there and was near the vehicle unofficially, not professionally or was not controlling the crowd.

How many ever stop to examine their lives not only on a daily basis but when tragedy happens.

It’s become a broken record to give condolences and say until you meet again that you know they’re guiding you much less not knowing if they gave their life to Christ. The only person should be guiding you is God and He warns against communicating with the dead.

Each day we have breath, it should be to honour God, not share random memes about God, attending church but far from God and expecting that to bless you. God is not mocked. Obedience to God and action in following His laws are necessary.

When Moses gave God's statutes and rules to Israel, he warned, "You shall not add to the word that I command you, nor take from it, that you may keep the commandments of the LORD your God that I command you" (Deuteronomy 4:2).

Also, in Deuteronomy 12:32, the Lord warned: "Everything that I command you, you shall be careful to do. You shall not add to it or take from it."

God's Word is perfect and authoritative and needs no human additions. We can’t twist it to conveniently suit ourselves. God is not mocked.

How often to do you pray, read your Bible, obey God’s commands, examine your words, thoughts, actions? Would God be pleased?

If you were caught by a stray bullet today and knew you had hours left, think about the last month of your life and ask yourself whether this could be you:

    Deuteronomy 31:17-18
Then My anger will be kindled against them in that day, and I will forsake them and hide My face from them, and they will be consumed, and many evils and troubles will come upon them; so that they will say in that day, ‘Is it not because our God is not among us that these evils have come upon us?’ But I will surely hide My face in that day because of all the evil which they will do, for they will turn to other gods.

    Micah 3:4
Then they will cry out to the Lord,
But He will not answer them.
Instead, He will hide His face from them at that time
Because they have practiced evil deeds.

Our relationship with Christ is what’s important not waking up each day selling your soul to the devil to fit in with the ways of the world including being desperate for social media popularity all which are a form of gods/idol worship that would cause God to turn his face away.

In whatever we do, is it pleasing to God?

How do they escape when these things happen road block from all escape routes stop and search.

Now the police are no where to be found at regular intervals except in the station or driving on patrol. You want to map crime put the cruisers on a map in strategic locations as soon as the station gets the call start a road block using the strategically located cruisers.

Cmon I believe this what they mean when they ask for a plan. It doesn’t matter how much coke is seized or serious organized crime is tackled if these basic security issues aren’t solved.

The problem will end when people believe they will not get away with it.
