VALLEY, Virgin Gorda, VI- A man who was wanted by police was yesterday, May 22, 2021, allegedly caught with a quantity of marijuana while onboard a ferry.

According to reports reaching our newsroom, the individual had boarded a ferry bound for Tortola when he was cornered by police.

The man was searched when nearly 200 grams of marijuana was reportedly discovered in a backpack in his possession.

He was subsequently arrested for Possession of an Illegal Drug and Possession with Intent to Supply.
