Too many tourists deaths in the BVI. There must be some sinister reason why this is happening. Maybe, one reason is that it is widely known that there is no thorough investigations of anything carried out in the BVI, so people come here to commit their deadly acts? Life Insurance???.. There must be something behind this onslaught of mysterious deaths that have been happening in our country. This will ultimately send a negative message to the global community. Our main economic pillar depends on people coming to our shores. Government need to take this issue seriously.

the comments already posted are very disturbing..did any of you KNOW Mr.Coppock..I don't think so...I did. he was not a tourist but a regular visitor to our island for many, many years on his yacht . a very nice gentleman , I am shocked by his untimely passing and even more disturbed by the flippant comments posted...my mother always told me 'if you can't be kind be quiet' please in future ..just remember negative comments will do more damage globally than Mr. Coppock 's untimely death..I saw him earlier in the week and I'm sure it was not his plan to leave us so soon. RIP Mr. Coppock

This is tragic and I agree its disgraceful for some to make such shallow comments about this persons death. Respect is a big part of Love and getting along. So many talk about how much they care and want world peace and good meaningful life and relationship. Please Start with you. Life and death are in the power of the tongue. Karma is going to get you one way or the other. RiP Mr Coppock and may justice be served speedily

I arrived in the BVI to find that my beloved husband had died two hours earlier. We both loved the BVI and have been coming here since 1977. He died in a place he loved, doing what he loved, surrounded by people he loved - and who loved him. I was comforted by those who real cared about him. Thanks to those above who defended him.
