ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- Among the many persons given their due praise for helping to see the Elmore Stoutt High School Redevelopment Project become a reality, Premier and Minister of Finance Dr the Honourable Natalio D. Wheatley (R7) was not shy to mention that of former Premier Andrew A. Fahie and public servant Lorna L. Stevens.

Mr Fahie was arrested and charged by Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) on drugs and money laundering charges on April 28, 2022, and has since retired from active politics.

Ms Stevens was arrested and charged by the Royal Virgin Islands Police Force (RVIPF) on October 20, 2022, for Breach of Trust and was subsequently granted bail.

Mr Fahie must be acknowledged- Premier

“And I must say, we must also thank our Creator that we had a Minister of Finance and a former Minister of Education who was so supportive.

“I speak of none other than Mr Andrew Fahie. And just in case you were wondering whether his name would be spoken this morning, there is no way that I would allow his role and contribution to not be acknowledged this morning. It was through our collaboration that the Move with a Purpose Project was birthed,” Dr Wheatley stated to applause from the audience at the opening ceremony of the ESHS Redevelopment Project on January 3, 2022.

Mr Fahie had also ensured the swift rehabilitation of the hurricane damaged L. Adorothy Turnbull L-Shaped Building, using local contractors, shortly after his Virgin Islands Party (VIP) Administration had swept to power in early 2019.

‘Lorna Stevens is a patriot for the BVI’

Premier Wheatley continued: “I also could not stand here and not acknowledge the work of Ms Lorna Stevens, who is a stellar public servant and a patriot for the BVI, in continually advancing the interest of the education system through monumental projects such as these,” the Premier stated as he asked for a round of applause.

“Ms Lorna Stevens, excellent public servant,” Dr Wheatley added.

The Breach of Trust charge is in relation to investigations into the Elmore Stoutt High School wall that was commissioned during the tenure of former Minister for Education Mr Myron V. Walwyn, who has also since been charged by the RVIPF.

Meanwhile, Minister for Education, Culture, Youth Affairs and Sports, Hon Sharie B. deCastro (AL) also acknowledged former Premier Fahie for his role in the ESHS Redevelopment Project.

I told you all that the guvana both past and present on a mission to destroy all our local people who they find are threat to them taking over. They are using the audit office, Prosecution and their UK Head of police to accomplish their goal which they got license to do from their prearranged COI and preauthored report and recommendations. BVI people wake up. A modern form of slavery is at hand.

The abuse of the judiciary and police force will rise in 2023 as the Govenor is over them and don't let them fool you saying that they are independent because they are not. In-order for the UK plan to enslave us and take over to work and bring in their UK people for all senior public offices, they must instill fear in the majority of our population so we can lose faith in our people and depend on them for refuge and have them as our saviours. They will do this through many investigations and arrests that will seem justifiable because of how well organized the plot is, and they do not care if any of us win the case in court or not as by then it will be too late for our people to see the plan. BVI MUST RISE UP!

Who has the authority to audit the police and the Governor Officer and anything under the Governor? How do we know if any of them are involved in breach of trust? How do we know if any of them are corrupt? How do we know if any of them are involved in abuse of power? The answer is no one or system locally has the legal authority to look into the Governor and his subjects, but he can look into all our affairs. How can this be democracy in the 21st Century. There are many people who know key information about these entities that will make most of your heads spin but are afraid to come forward because the only one to administer justice in their regards is the same Governor and his gang. This sounds like slavery all over again.

If what this woman is charged with is so then why the many commissioners of police and some UK officials have not been charged also because the proof is there, but I guess they are protected under the master mind of the slave trade.

The aim of the UK is to make all our efforts look shady so we will have no confidence in our own people while their kind go free. This young lady has always been a hard worker with integrity.

In the so called spirit of good governance that the Governor and his UK bosses claiming they are seeking will soon have the Government a place where the average person will get nothing accomplished in this country except for the rich and the UK sidekicks of the Governor.

Can you imagine that most of the wrong by the NDP is being ignored but they went after Myron and Lorna and others and will go at others for the wall. What happen to the plane and over priced Georgie Hill and Pier project and the furniture down at the Governor's offices and the missing man that the police dogs couldn't find but was found dead solely by the last Governor. When will the scales of Justice be balanced.

It is reasons like this with her and other public officers with the abuse of power by the Governor and his UK Head of police that have most public officers afraid and timid to do anything to help the people of the Virgin Islands in their jobs solely according to the law because it may still be interpreted by them as wrong and have them investigated and arrested. Right is only right in the BVI public service once the Governor and UK Commissioner of Police says so. They are above the law and the judiciary and just so the intimidation is rampant. The slavery mill grinning slow but grinning still.
