LONG BAY, Tortola, VI- Already a major employer in the Virgin Islands, Long Bay Beach Resort is seeking a further 15 persons to join its dynamic team at the iconic beachfront resort.

The resort will be conducting an ‘Open Interview Day’ on June 20, 2025, to fill those vacancies with persons passionate about service in the hospitality industry.

The job fair will be held from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM at the Long Bay Beach Resort – Conference Room.

Available positions

Positions will be available for Front Desk & Guest Services, Housekeeping, Food and Beverage, and Maintenance & Groundskeeping.

Interested persons would need to walk with an updated resume, valid photo ID, references (if available), and a “positive attitude and your best smile!”

Meanwhile, General Manager of Long Bay Beach Resort Bria R. Guishard told our News Centre that 15 positions are available at the resort.

Long Bay Beach Resort currently employs 84 persons.

    @observer I fully agree with you and it's facts but they will not get rid of him cause they can use him as they please. He's very rude to the guests and staff. The HR teams is pare jokes, Long Bay has lots of potential but they need a stronger team. High turnover not no new position bye
