Local Businesswoman Mrs Ethlyn A. Burke passes suddenly
She passed away yesterday August 1, 2018, while undergoing treatment.
The Late Mrs Burke co-founded Burke’s Garage with her late husband, Neville G. A. Burke.
She was 67-years of age, having been born November 16, 1950.
The Late Ethlyn is survived by three children Theodore, Benaiah and Felicia.
New Life Baptist Church
Later in her years, she branched out and managed the rental portion of the family business Itgo Car Rentals. She was also a long standing member of the New Life Baptist Church and another female pioneer in local business.
Mrs Burke, the Huntums Ghut, Tortola resident, was a mother, grandmother and inspiration to many, who never passed anyone without a greeting and smile.
