LIME launches ‘LIME Conferencing’ to VI business community
LIME Conferencing brings simple and cost-effective conference calling and online meetings to the region, enabling businesses to reduce travel costs and be more productive. As a managed cloud offering, there are no capital investment requirements and it works with all legacy phones, landline and mobile. LIME Conferencing will be available 24/7; users of the service incur neither set-up fees nor monthly charges as the solution operates on a pay-per-use model.
“LIME Conferencing will be welcomed by the business community,” says Head of Business Sales and Corporate Services Ken Guiste. “This solution will leverage the web, Outlook and Smartphone apps to address classic conferencing frustrations, such as not knowing who's on the call, distracting background noise, and difficulty sharing a presentation.
With LIME Conferencing, the call host can send out meeting invitations, receive a call start alert when their first guest joins, and always knows who’s on the call and view their LinkedIn™ profiles if available, see who’s speaking and mute any background noise, record the call, share a presentation or other visual content with guests, with a single click”, he explained.
“Bringing this solution to the BVI is a wonderful opportunity and it will transform the appearance of any company immediately making them a world-class organization with advanced conferencing technology,” he explained.
LIME Conferencing will be brought to market in partnership with LoopUp, a swiftly-expanding conference calling and online meetings company with offices in London, San Francisco, Boston, Hong Kong and Barbados.
LIME Conferencing launches in the British Virgin Islands on November 18, 2013.
