Have you met every local person? It burns me when people come on here and make such generalized statements! Do you think BVI was built only by expat labor? Do some research and discover that your comments are wrong. BVI is where it is now because hard work and sacrifices by our men and women of a few generations back . Have you heard of Noel Lloyd, Dr. Charles Wheatley, H.L Stoutt and the list goes on. I get really offended because I was born and raised in BVI and have personally witnessed the hard working people of our BVI so I do not appreciate being called lazy. Direct your frustrations elsewhere, and do not insult the people of the country where you now call your home!

The Police has so much corrupt conduct we want to see concrete evidence of WHO found the evidence and WHO was with them WHEN the alleged discovery took place. wE WANT TO SEE VIDEOS OF WHEN THE SEAL WAS BROKEN ON THE CONTAINER, etc etc etc. Without that evidence, everyone is now suspect because the first set of contraband was found IN POLICE CUSTODY. wE AINT TRUSSIN NO POLICE AND UK POLICE WE ESPECIALLY AIN TRUSSING YOUR EVIDENCE UNLESS IT IS OUT IN THE OPEN. If there is corruption the public and the press must be witnesses as well. We aint taking the RVIPF word or nobody else in that chain. As old people would say, it got a lot in this mortar more than the pestle. Nobody aint putting out anymore European publications on we without verifiable discovery. Dem to ?ie. Criminals, if you are truly guilty, you will pay.

Place is an absolute mess! Everyone knows you need a decent check book and you can get what ever you want! The COI is going to establish that there is constant corruption. Drugs, cash, sons on boats with loads of cash (“didn’t know 600k was there and friends with AF so no problems, bail granted”). It’s clear the professional services world is deeply involved in the corruption, bribes and government “gifts”. Many small, and large, firms survive by such actions, especially labour, taking away from locals. Ask the COI to investigate what party gifts have been given and why?!! Furthermore, although it’s clear the drugs aren’t for Tortola, the majority of the expat community are clearly reliant on them. Why do we let them on our island? Why aren’t the expats drug tested especially those in positions of responsibility? God is always great and will prevail but we all see the news, drugs and cash. All you need to do is delve a little deeper and you will see the real relationship between the BVI and the UK haha! The UK pays and the BVI delivers!

It's clear no one believes this hogwash. They're trying to play the public like a ponzie scheme. These recent bust are covering up the bigger picture and distraction. While the media or whoever er was focusing on this story a bigger picture was being played out elsewhere. This doesn't change anything the corruption is still there this is smoke and mirrors and the media needs to do some investigative journalism to gain more credibility. The news provided to you sometimes comes directly from a certain people that want to push a narrative . This operation is and was pure nonsense trust what the bloggers are saying because the bloggers are the people and the people see what cameras don't the people hear what cameras don't. They come on and blog to be herd in secret because you can't trust anyone even the grapevine.

It is very strange that this comes in and no connection to who brought it and who responsible for it. As far as I know it can be a set up from the head. They already suggest we corrupt and with no prove, so they might be setting this whole thing up so they can have something to talk about. #justsaying.
