Lady Saw is down for the ‘Raw & Uncut’
“We are going to party like we have no sense,” said the hot dance-hall diva.
Now to allay the fears of some, Lady Saw is indeed here in the Virgin Islands much to the pleasure of the party goers and the ladies who need to know just how to keep the fire burning and the men who fancy the demonstrations.
She arrived on a 5pm flight yesterday at the Terrence B. Lettsome International Airport at Beef Island after a long trip from Philadelphia where she had just concluded a performance. “BVI already knows I am crazy and based on where we are performing it’s going to be a crazy show,” she told this news site, which was part of the welcoming party.
And she had a special advice for ladies, “Ladies come with your heels, if you can’t manage walking in them just bring something that you can be comfortable, some flip flops… I lose them as soon as I am finished performing hard core when I finish performing on the stage anyways,” she said.
Tonight’s party at Club Crystals is titled, ‘Raw and Uncut’ and, in addition to Lady Saw, there will be performances by locals such as B‘More and Drastic with featured Dee Jays in the persons of DJ Dre and DJ Bertrum.
And according to the promoters, it is $25 to enter before midnight and there will be drinks specials all night.
