CARROT BAY, Tortola, VI - In a performance that blew many minds, the legendary soca band of the Caribbean, Barbados’ Krosfyah, brought their ‘A’ game to the Carrot Bay Cultural Festival last night, August 10, 2012, where a crowd with a mixture of young and old came near for the bands performance.

The band that travels the world, performed their many hit songs such as ‘Pump me up’ and ‘Sak Passe’, attracting people from near and far; some of whom came up to the stage and supported the band 100%, with hands in the air, moving side to side and singing along.

Prior to Krosfyah taking the stage, Pumpa and the Unit, set the soca pace with style. ‘Yamaha’, ‘Massage di Ting’ and ‘Wifey Material’ were all part of a warm up session for what Krosfyah had to bring later in the evening.

With such energy Pumpa, controlled the crowd, and monitored their every move, where those who were still were made to dance.

The night also featured reggae and soul superstar from St. Kitts, Infamus and the Xtreme Band along with Imo.

The 2012 Emancipation celebration comes to an end tonight August 11, 2012, at Carrot Bay, with Showtime Band, Roy Cape Star, Blaxx and Skinny Fabulous along with Third Dimension (3D) and Tripple Cay.
