VALLEY, Virgin Gorda, VI- A 51-year-old man has been arrested and charged with Possession of a Firearm with Intent to Commit an Indictable Offence and Unlawful Possession of Explosives.
The man, Khemeo Foy, of Georges North Side, is alleged to have been the perpetrator of the shooting which occurred shortly after midnight on Sunday, May 17, 2026.
The Royal Virgin Islands Police Force (RVIPF), in a statement on May 20, 2026, said Foy was granted $100,000 bail to return to the Magistrate’s court on July 2, 2026.
Multiple gunshots reported
Previous reports indicate that multiple shots were discharged at the scene, which is a residential property. No injuries were reported.
The RVIPF said investigations into the incident continue.

Shots ran out , gun recovered. I was looking to read attempted murder, in addition to the possession with intent, along with discharging a firearm in a residential area. I thought they would have thrown the book at he, it's for once a winnable case for the DPP.
However there are men who are incarcerated with no previous history with lesser offences and have been refused bail several times over the years. As usual our two tier judicial system at work.

NEVER depend or expect for a man to give me anything. I pay my own rent, bought my own car, furnish my apartment on my own including my king size bed which started off with the mattress on the floor for a few months and up grade to a 60 inch TV from a 25 inch air antenna TV. No man can ever say they give me anything or come to unalive me.
