There is a lot and I say, there is massive underhandedness that has been going on for decades with the way in which peoples properties are being wrongfully handled and taken away without proper process and due diligence - especially with the elders, sickly, those without any families and persons living abroad.
WE the people needed this unbiased leadership and management - I pray and trust that the many of us who have suffered gravely due to the hands of the greedy ones who use the loose system to benefit them are brought to justice and compensation granted to those who have fought and still fighting for their due rights; and those on the inside that aid in the malicious works to butter their pockets or property exchange are exposed and titles removed for failure to adhere to the laws of regulatory bodies they defiantly ignore because they see it as a way to enrich theirs.
The entire system including land registry needs a comprehensive review and proper procedures and processes need to be put in place to circumvent any systematic flaws and practices.
