Congratulations on your appointment! First order of business is to survey the boundaries of these people who think it’s ok to build a wall right down to the roads edge so you can’t enter the roadway safely. BVI traffic laws say a certain amount of distance from a driveway or stop sign must not be blocked as it blocks the view from oncoming traffic. We all know that this traffic law is hardly enforced, will you have the same enforcement policy? What’s the difference between a parked car blocking your view and a concrete wall?

Welcome Ms Holder-Lopezz! Yes, we need wisdom, fresh vision and proper management with full level of unbiasedness and fairness. There has been for far too long many wrongdoings with properties - and you bringing a no strings attached approach with your professionalism, we expect to see a difference while upholding your integrity.

There is a lot and I say, there is massive underhandedness that has been going on for decades with the way in which peoples properties are being wrongfully handled and taken away without proper process and due diligence - especially with the elders, sickly, those without any families and persons living abroad.

WE the people needed this unbiased leadership and management - I pray and trust that the many of us who have suffered gravely due to the hands of the greedy ones who use the loose system to benefit them are brought to justice and compensation granted to those who have fought and still fighting for their due rights; and those on the inside that aid in the malicious works to butter their pockets or property exchange are exposed and titles removed for failure to adhere to the laws of regulatory bodies they defiantly ignore because they see it as a way to enrich theirs.

The entire system including land registry needs a comprehensive review and proper procedures and processes need to be put in place to circumvent any systematic flaws and practices.
