WICKHAM'S CAY I, Tortola, VI - The Rotary Club of Central Tortola (RCCT) proudly hosted its Annual Christmas Gift Run on Saturday, December 13, 2025, bringing smiles to many children at Cyril B. Romney Tortola Pier Park.

President of the Rotary Club of Central Tortola, Zoe J. Walcott, played the role of Mrs Claus, and children were delighted to not only receive their gifts from her but also to take a photo to remember the moment.

Other members of the club did their part as Mrs Claus' helpers.

65 students gifted

Earlier in the week, the club also fulfilled the dream wish gifts of 65 students from Bregado Flax Educational Centre, Ebenezer Thomas Primary School, and Ivan Dawson Primary School.

The Rotary Club of Central Tortola extended "heartfelt thanks" to the principals, Natasha Marshall, Akisha Thomas-Maduro, and Shaniqua Vanterpool, whose collaboration made the experience "magical".
"Because of your support, countless students experienced the joy of Christmas," the club stated in a Facebook post.
Gratitude was also expressed to 'Super Sponsors' First Caribbean Bank, CCT (Caribbean Cellular Telephone), and a generous anonymous donor "whose contributions made this season extra special".

Other sponsors included Dynamic Consulting Services, FirstBank, and NAGICO Insurances.

"This annual initiative reflects our commitment to community service and spreading joy where it is needed most," the club stated.
