The smart criminals know it is easier to make a run for it if they are handcuffed in the front rather than behind their backs.

The majority of black men on Tortola looks older than their actual age. I know someone who is 39 years old and he looks like he is pushing 50.

Some of them look that way because they do not properly groom themselves, a man can have a beard but keep the beard trimed, if you have dreads, keep them maintained and looking healthy and clean not the rat nest or bird nest look, keep your finger nails clean and clipped, remove the dry cuticles that is growing on your nails. There is nothing wrong with a man having a facial or getting a manicure or a pedicure. I don’t date a man with scruffy facial hair, messed up toe nails or finger nails.

Uncle look way older than 29 years old. I was understanding that when a prisoner is taken to a health care facility for treatment they are supposed to be hand cuffed to a bed rail to avoid escape. I also don’t understand why prisoners hands is cuffed in the front rather than the back.Perhaps I am wrong but I look at it as a safety issue for both prisoner’s and officer’s.

You got that right, don’t forget that liquor and hard rum ages you as well. That liquor and hard rum eats up your liver. The reason I can say this is a uncle use to drink a lot of liquor and it ate up his liver, not even a liver transplant would have saved him.

More like a crackhead / the police is supposed to be outside the door of the clinic , if it's a one way in and one way out , if there are other ways of escape hand cuff his two feet ( and then you all will be crying out , police police brutality , just like when the police had tasted the crackhead fonseca boy to control him , the now premier hollered out ( it was unnecessary brutality ) but it seems to have worked , he seems to be more cool now or for the time being

If the police was carrying guns here on the Island? The escapees with their hands handcuffed in the front can grab the police gun and it’s a wrap.

Whether nose candy / Crack / cocaine or the white lady it's the same thing , check out their lips , it always looks like they are swollen and they always passing their tongue over their lips to keep them moist , those are some of the signs of a crackhead . The doctors needs to inform the people of these signs so we can check out anybody you comes in contact with , so you can deal with them cautiously because these individuals can flip out at anytime or anywhere without provocation and harm or even kill you / and then the report will be ( they were ( MENTALLY UNSTABLE ) after they done flex off on you ( sadly - am not an expert , but I do observe the known ones and give them space / because if they put their hands on me I will have to defend myself any way NECESSARY . they need to have a facility for these people / treating them and then releasing them into the same environment where they can get the same cocaine easily is just going around in circles . While people only interested in POWER . only when one flex off on one of those politicians or their families , then we might see them making an effort to do something constructive with those drug addicts that we have here loosed on the streets
