THE SETTLEMENT, Anegada, VI- Information just in to our newsroom is that a small aircraft was reportedly forced to crash land at Auguste George Airport in Anegada yesterday, Thursday, June 23, 2022.

According to reports, the aircraft belonging to Island Birds Air Charter had encountered landing gear problems.

It is unclear if anyone was injured.

The airport in Anegada is currently closed, our newsroom was told by sources close to the situation.

    It didn’t crash land. It was taxiing to the apron and the landing gear failed. No major story here.
