We know this will happen. Also now custom kinda closing down charter companies. So who will pay the staff who will be put of work bills? Govt looking out for locals and licals can jump here there and everywhere and wprk to make ends meet but what about expats who will be laid off?
    • ginger (14/03/2022, 18:55) Like (9) Dislike (0) Reply
The said charter company had lots of expats working illegally hence customs had to step in I'd u don't know don't blame the officers for doing their job

You act and sound as if this would not be the case for locals in any Caribbean country. Some countries go as far as to make it a requirement that if you are laid off you MUST leave the country. The problem around here is that most people who come to the BVI, expect the luxury of being home in another man's country and have a serious sense of entitlement. But I blame no one who feels that way. It is the systems that is at fault.

Lb. The officers were put through the same process like everyone else. What did you say when the four (4) guys were found not guilty and set free by the Magistrate Court two to three weeks ago. What did you say when the two from Harrigan Estate were found not guilty for murder and there was a witness testifying about their role in the plot. What did you say.

Until the government is bold enough to start surcharge the DPP and others from her office then such things will continue to happen. I am 100% sure that is the DPP is told that when such things happen that they are responsible for 50% of the law suits then abs only then things may change

So you (whoever you are ) are brazen enough to come on the blogs with plans to kill just because you can remain anonymous. All through the blogs you and others like you are blogging about killing or doing harm, No wonder this place is how it is! I hope you sleep good at nights. Over the weekend there was a stop the violence plea but here you are low and behold making threats under different names.
