This is what I want to say to every brother whose heart was broken by the absence of his father. And also to that brother who saw their father everyday but he had no love to give or to put on display. Your anger and pain is so deep, it splits you from the top of your head to the sole of your feet. I understand the hole in your heart you've been trying to fill and where it has led you I know it was never your will.

Drugs and sex could never quite kill, the pain in your heart that’s there because of what instead you wished would be: the love of your Dad that you needed to see. I hurt for you so bad, because I am you and you are I; but in my heart healing can begin because of the realization of one very important thing. There's a purpose for why we are here and as long as we are focused on our pain, it will never become quite clear.

We must forgive our fathers for who they could not be. In doing so we will emancipate ourselves to become the men God created us to be. My beloved brothers there's so much more to you than you know, so much more than just pain and anger, that you deserve to know. It is a journey however you've chosen to forego, because you bound yourself with anger for the love you didn't know. It wasn't because you didn't deserve to be loved like the prince you are, but your father never became a king because of his own childhood scar. He knew not the power he had to change the world, because he missed the love of his Dad who couldn't love him, because his own heart was sad. Forgive your fathers and release your pain; therefore your power which will otherwise be contained, if in your hearts you allow your pain to remain. End this cycle of pain, which you have the power to do, take the love and light of these words, and light a fire within you.
