It was a ‘do or die’ as whoever won would advance to the final games to determine who would be the championship team and earn the twenty-thousand-dollar prize purse.

It was a dog fight right down to the wire, but the VG Bayside Blazers, coached by Virgin Gordian Randy M. George and owned by Mr Julian Willock, showed that they had what it took to continue winning, as they have not lost any of the 4 games they have played. They end up beating the Tortola team coached by Ronald Simmons, aka ‘Gola.’ 93 to 85 on Friday, July 17, 2026.

It was an all-round performance by the team VG Bayside Blazers at LB Scott Auditorium, in Dutch St Maarten.

Edwin, Sanders, & Richardson among top scorers

Superstar player Deon J. Edwin had another superb performance, dropping in 20 points for the Blazers, while Kerry T. Richardson netted 16 points and pulled 5 rebounds.

Corey J. Sanders also had 14 points, while Alante M. Fenner scored 10 points.

Leading the fight for the defeated Tortola team were D. Lyle with 19 points, T. Morton with 18, R. McGarthy Jr with 17 points and D. Bracey, with 14 points.
