you know if some of the ‘humans’ were more responsible and castrated their animals rather than let them wander and sow seeds then this money raised wouldn’t be needed. Every action has a reaction....

Hello Jack, is the $29,000 yours? When you get yours give it to humans. It doesn’t have to be $29,000 just whatever you get. Okay?

I would prefer to donate my money to any animal charity than I would donate to humans. Humans are dishonest and disloyal. Animals are loyal and will not betray you. You give a animal food and water, they appreciate it. You give a human the same, they don’t appreciate it.

Waste of money while mothers and children are still homeless reminds me of how they thought of blacks during slavery

I hope they know it has to be sound proof so people living in Josiah's Bay don't have to be treated worse than animals. We live there because we love the peace and quiet. Respect is needed, since this is a residential area. Also, I hope the smell doesn't cause a war among your neighbors. You are building that right next to people's homes in a very small area.
