Hotter than July’s Donnar Henry Jr sweeps SCBBC awards
Hotter than July’s Raphael E. Singh’s also took home the prize for most steals while Blue Brothers’ Aaron Williams Jr, copped the prize for the most rebounds in the tourney.
Williams Jr also took home the prize for the most blocks.
Hot Sauce’s Adrian Taylor took home the accolade for most assists in the tournament while Blue Brother’s Brhon Smith was voted the most improved players.
Promising Player awards were handed to Ernest Jacobs Jr of Bay Boys, Brent Andrew of Hot Sauce
Marquise Augustine, Syron Stroude and Kimoy Layne.
The Defensive Player award went to Chikae D. S. Igwe of Hotter than July, Evanson M. Cottoy from Hot Sauce, Nathan Francis of Hannah's, Brandon Wynter and Hotter than July’s Raphael E. Singh.
Bay Boy’s Ajani Carty secured the Sportsmanship award while the Best Guard was Kymal T. Panchoo and Donnar Henry Jr.
The Bes Centre award went to Aaron Williams Jr. while Shaquon L. C. George was voted the Best forward along with Jason E. Audain Jr.
Team MVP was Nathan Francis of Hannah's, Jason Smith of Bay Boys, Adrian Taylor, Aaron Williams Jr. and Kymal T. Panchoo
The Championship Game’s MVP award went to Kymal T. Panchoo.
Sunday’s Championship match saw Hotter than July beating out Blue Brothers 63- 58.
