Hon Maduro-Caines calls on residents to cooperate with RVIPF
The appeal by the Sixth District Representative came hours after Casto-Felix, was gunned down and word began circulating of his demise.
According to the HoA member—Ms Maduro-Caines—if the people of Purcell, on Tortola in the Virgin Islands (VI), “want to maintain a safe community I encourage you to assist the police with their investigation.”

Ms Maduro-Caines, in a social media message related that “the nature of this crime is one so, that it’s possible that there’s some information that can lead to quickly solving this crime.
Casto-Felix was – who lives next to the Delta Petroleum Service Station—was shot dead with a single bullet to the back of his head, around 8:00 PM, on the evening of Friday, August 10, 2018 and died immediately.
According to the HoA member—in her pleas to residents of the community, to cooperate with the RVIPF— “we can choose the type of communities we want to live in, by choosing not to shield criminal activity nor shelter criminals.”
