My name is Maria Louisa Varlack. I was born in the British Virgin Islands in 1968; 57-60 years ago. All my family members and relatives with the surname hails from the island of Anegada in the British Virgin Islands. I have been living here in the USA since January 2002. I read an article in the USVI Daily Newspaper entitled "Candllelight Vigil Offers Hope And Resources For Suicide Prevention." I reside at Tampa Hope Catholic Charities located at 3704 E. 3rd Avenue, Tampa, FL 33605. Tampa Hope Phone: 813-333-7269. Main Office: 6363 9th Avenue N. St. Petersburg, FL 33710. Main Phone: 727-893-1314. www.ccdosp.org. catholic.charities@ccdosp.org. Since 1988 when I was 20 years old I came here to the USA to attend college and university. I want to attend State University of New York in New York and enrolled into online classes for 12-24 months to obtain a Bachelor Degree in Nursing. After living here in the USA since January 2002 for 23 long years now life has become unbearable here in the USA. I do not have any family members and relatives to live with here in the USA so I have to live in homeless shelters for 23 long years now because I have no other choice. I have very limited college tuition to complete my Bachelor Degree in Nursing which I have been trying to do so for 23 long years without family members and relatives supporting me and I have no where else to turn to. I prefer to live in New York City or in Philadelphia but since October 2017; eight years ago, now I do not have any finances to relocted to New York City or to Philadelphia Pennsylvania. Now I am stuck in Florida for eight years and I am suffering unbearably here in Florida.
