LOS ANGLES, California - Virgin Islands (VI) star Basketball player, D'Moi M. Hodge last evening, December 1, 2023, scored an impressive 35-point in a battle between the South Bay Lakers and 138-123 victory over Salt Lake City Stars, in the NBA G League.

The NBA G League is the NBA's official minor league where fans can get a glimpse at the players, coaches, and officials competing to ascend to the NBA's rank.

The Lakers victory was propelled by Hodge who came off the bench to deliver a game-high 35 points in an impressive match-up between the two sides.

Utah Jazz rookie Brice Sensabaugh also registered his first career 30-point game on assignment in the G League, but that was not enough to save the Salt Lake City Stars from the loss.

Hm his game in the G league aite but his NBA performance has been a disappointment. Mehson I know Bron does hold he head watching D’Moi play, thats why he be only getting 2 and 3 mins play time. This man is bout 3% beyond the 3 PT line and bout 7 points over about 30 mins of combined play time. Hm he swallow a mango seed. Take my advice 55, submit to the greatness and pupilage of Bron and AD. Submit your heart and soul to them and you too will up your stats and gameplay. Trust and believe in this advice cause everyone knows I am the best basketball mind, especially on Lebron, the Miami Heat, Celtics and did I mention Lebron. Even the big man them like Campbell, Travis and even the sports man Greenaway comes to me for basketball analysis!

The Lakers have they player rotation. The starting 5, the 6th man, 7th and so on. The players who are getting the larger portion of the minutes are players who have an established reputation in the league. The only way D'moi can get big minutes is if a few players are injured or in active for what ever reason.

He is not getting enough time to build momentum in the Lakers NBA team. That's why his average is so low.

Hodge is good enough to start on at least 7 teams in the NBA. Being a Laker sounds good but its not good for him, his career and his development. He needs to move on to a team where he is good enough to start..

I agree with you 100%. The irony is that the publicity gained from the Lakers may allowed him to get traded/picked up by a more suitable team. Playing in the G League will be good for his development also. I am confident that he will make it. 35 points is really good stuff.

I also think that Hodge needs to play on another team where he can get a full contract. With this great talent, I think a lot of teams in the NBA has their eyes on him. Keep up the great work my brother. You are doing an awesome job. The BVI is very proud of you.
