DUFFS BOTTOM, Tortola, VI - The Seventh Sitting of the Fourth Session of the Fourth House of Assembly (HoA) of the Virgin Islands will meet today Tuesday, September 27, 2022, at the Save the Seed Energy Centre in Duffs Bottom on the main Island of Tortola.

Opposition Member Hon Carvin Malone (AL) is to question the front bench Ministers about the Ellis Thomas Downs land dispute matter and about the status of the direct rule order at the privy council still over the Territory’s head.

Motions and Bills on agenda

There will also be two motions on the Order Paper one recognizing the service of the late legislator C. Lewis Walters and another to set up a HoA special select committee to follow up on the reform legislation pursuant to the Framework for Implementation of the Recommendations of the Commission of Inquiry’s Report.

The House sitting will also see the second and third readings of the Police Act 2019, Liquor Licences Act 201, Proceeds of Criminal Conduct (Amendment) Act 2022, and the Jury Act 2022.

      The Speaker did not make the rules so it is not for her to "leave Fahie alone". It is Fahie who played with himself.

      Fahie can not full fill his duties so he should be struck off as per regulations and stop paying him our tax dollars for sitting in Miami on house arrest.

    I cant believe Andrew still.receiving my tax dollars.&the world regards him as.disgrace.Pls don't do this to us This man used to preach lard oil now if he is honest he'll give it back.They waiting until his.case call because they dont want the feds to treat him.as reject
