We need order when conducting an interview. Sam & Cindy need to get time to express their thoughts uninterrupted. Cindy must make her point and stop asking “Can I speak”?
Just speak and not look for a chance to say ooh you see they are not letting me speak and they are always cutting me off. HBH please, please let Cindy and Sam express themselves before they lose their thought.
However, when the public is calling in, they need to stay on topic and given the chance to express their views but not be interrupted unless, unless they are spreading false propaganda.

Heritage did what a true man would do. He apologized and now they both move on. Wheatley did good today on the show, he answered every question, he did good. Tola Radio is the number 1 radio show in the BVI. They have Fans that tune in all over the US and beyond. I live in Boston and I listen to the show on my drive into the City for work.

Heritage has to know his show is for listeners to call in and allow the callers to air their views amongst themselves. An emcee should not use their radio station to attack others, especially those who helped him get started. These shows are to educate, not berate people. If people want to come on the show to air their views, you have to know when to caution them and keep it respectful. So glad you were the bigger person and apologized man to man to Mr. Wheatly. No one's personal life should be attacked on your show and used as a stage to stroke their ego. You are learning though young man.

Heritage! i’m so proud of you. Not mainly for apologizing to the Minister;Yet that was just the right thing to do; but very proud of how you handle today’s show. I know when you’re a bit unruly tons of people are here saying this and that; yet sadly there’s lack of support on this blog; says a lot about most of the people who blog on this site. I’ll recommend them taken a self detox. Great show keep it up - keep it professional.
