H2O Yachts Ltd, the Caribbean's premier crewed term charter yacht management company, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager to oversee the strategic and day-to-day operations of our satellite office in the British Virgin Islands.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in operations management, ideally in maritime, hospitality, or luxury travel sectors.▪ Proven leadership and team management skills.▪ Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.▪ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.▪ Working knowledge of yacht operations, maintenance, or marine logistics preferred.▪ Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.▪ Ability to travel between USVI bases and yachts as needed.▪ Proficiency with office and operations software tools (Zoho, Expensify, Ramp, Word, Excel, Google mail).▪ Must be able to work weekends during assigned on-call shifts (once per month).
