Did the person loose control of the vehicle or was it a wellful act. I hope it is not a wellful act, because this generation seems to be getting crazy or just acting crazy.

Condolences to the injured. Doing ANYTHING on Tortola's crumbling paved and unpaved roads is dangerous 24-7. There is no solution to this problem except thousands of sleeping policemen or dips every 400 yards on all roads with concrete barriers at each end of the speed bump or dip.

    I hope everyone is OK.
This group was walking in the morning but so many are walking at night in dark clothes and no lights, I am suprised that these people are not hit by a vehicle.

Outrageous how people can just walk on public roads and expect not to be hit. Stupid free people, exercising! Stay home and lock the door. Lol

Its not safe to live in VI - what with the murders and shooting at Bobby and Fish Bay in daylight hours and now walking. Lock the driver up. 1 is reckless but 4 is deliberate.

It is much safer to walk in a park or on a side road. Drive to capoons Bay and walk on the field. I walk on beef island old Airport road. No traffic. Walking on any highway road is very dangerous.

The driver was most likely texting. I walk all the time and everyone is on there phones even the scooter riders!

maybe government will put sidewalks throughout the island for joggers, walkers and bikers. The island wants us to be healthier but won't give us the tools to do so. Hopefully the injured parties are okay

Who in their right minds would willfully mow down a group of seniors. People need to leave their cellphones in their bag when driving. Too many distractions in addition to dodging potholes, reckless scooter drivers and yard fowls.

A yard fowl almost took me out yesterday morning. His silly self flew across my windshield knowing full well he can't fly. Had me and my passenger in the car there screaming.
