So persons who work 8:30 - 5 or even with Government, you're telling them to pay and catch a bus but those who would be idle throughout the day and even night, should benefit. Who came up with this schedule?

Soooo, what about the people who don't drive but live between Brandywine Bay and Hodges Creek, especially those who live around the college area. Man the craziness is too much. Fix the roads so people can get to go and earn their daily bread without feeling stranded.
Buses already run the Ridge Road.Like really....strupes.

These buses are not for workers to get to town for or before 8 a.m. Just do things that make sense.

Why is this road take so long to do an overlay or a reconstruction? Did the government conduct a pavement condition index (PCI) before awarding the contract? Is the contractor on this project inexperienced on road construction and out of his depth? Did the milling unearth latent defects? What is the length of the contract? Does the contract have liquidated damages? If there are liqusted damages, how much per day? Does the liquidated damages have teeth, forcing contractor to act? Did government action(s) contribute to the delay??

This schedule is good for college students—at least that is a big help. Those who want to go past the roundabout at Quomar will have to find transport to continue on their own into town.

In the interest of speed and convenience, this project would have better served the East End community if it had scheduled work in three shifts, operating 24/7 while the road was closed to traffic. I believe any additional costs would have been justified by the reduced time for completion..
