Enough already. With all the money government spending on rental and office outfitting they could have done renovated the admin complex and built two more complexes. Not only that but by Government renting these spaces at astronomical prices they are indirectly jacking up rental prices for small/medium sized businesses which basically carries up the prices on consumer goods and services they offer. That is inflation for you.

Now why is it taking so long to renovate the Admin Complex?

Can the Govt not look at the possibility of building another Admin complex to house more ministries and departments therefore eliminating rental costs and also making it more convenient for users to access everything under one roof?

This all because we have a very weak and selective opposition, don't want touch certain things because they all are guilty. That land before Qwomar 5 after stone heaven in the left corner NDP Govt bought that land with the intent of building more govt office spaces. All most 15yrs later no development.. more and more renting. More feeding of the fat cow with the starving sheep monies. They all have to see us as stupid fools, no other explanation. Now we see the importance of a short Britain take over fix the corruption and malfunction.

This entire plan to rent and lease all these properties has been well orchestrated. It is simply not by accident but rather by design. In the name of Jehovah why is it taking the administration complex so long to be repaired? If my memory serves me right Hurricane Irma destroyed that building in September 2017. It is now 2023. On the other hand, Just take a look at the property owners who are benefiting from this. They include Tonti, past politicians, friends and cronies from the two parties. For the lack of vision the taxpayers purse is overly abused in this little two by four country. Only God alone can help us.

Did the tender take a year to write, or the public another year to understand?

Hav you ever wondered and ask your self how many departments can fit in the complex. The complex is literally to small for all the departments and the development of the territory. You must rent from people if there is not enough space. The money have to turn over for small businesses to thrive. The money spills over into the territories other businesses.

While I hate wat is really happening I have to look at the real matter at hand. Lavish spending and people are suffering it the truth but I'm optimistic things will get better.

Mr. Minister of finance please pull up your spending and don't forget there are many hurting spread the wealth around because 3.5 years is just around the corner. Dont wait to visit people homes to hear their sad stories. Their stories are real right now do something.

@ That is why we are suggesting that they not only fix the old complex but build a second one. If it is true that the land next to Stone Haven and right before Qwomar belongs to the Crown then what is wrong with building a 3-4 storey building there. Again just follow the money and see who owns the properties that are being rented out ; Government Cronies.

Half the staff don’t do any work. Downsize and hire high performers. Get rid of those who go to work when they feel like and spend most of the day socializing with other staff even when customers sit often for hours, to be helped. Totally ridiculous and out of hand.
