      @%100 raise
What makes you think John Fredy is still in the territory?
99% chance that he's already moved on to either St. John or St. Thomas.

@opp There is no way for him to enter St Thomas or St John with no papers for him to be there. This was easy for him to disembark from a cruise ship and have someone pick him up here. US borders are tight!

If he got off the cruise ship, he probably had a connection here to pick him up and hide out. This small island has a lot of BUSH MEN hiding in the thick bushes, building small wooden huts. Was he traveling with anyone? If not, it was planned, and someone is hiding him. Some were brought here as small children, and their parents never filed their papers to stay here. Now they are grown-ups hiding out here with no legal papers, doing odd jobs off the books.

Hiding out, probably in someone's home, if not in the bushes. They have a plan already activated.

So you want BVI people to operate like ICE?? I didn’t know BVI didn’t believe in illegal immigration based on what they say about ICE operations in the U.S. in conversations……..Or is it they are only against illegal immigration enforcement when US does it to them for overstaying in New York, Texas, Georgia and Florida..

@Guest. ICE has lost its purpose a long time ago. BVI ain't going have no imitation of ICE. The politicians would not have that. Touching too much sexual partners.

Was the other three found? They booked these cruse so they can be picked up in the BVI and illegally taken to Saint Croix Saint John and/or Saint Thomas US VI Eventually these individuals are found and turned over to ICE/Immigration.
