ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – The Governor His Excellency, John J. Rankin, CMG was presented with a photographic remembrance of his January 2022 Speech from the Throne.

The photograph was presented to His Excellency at a brief handing over ceremony on Thursday, March 10, 2022, at the Governor’s Office by Speaker of the House of Assembly Hon Julian Willock.

The photo was presented to mark the third year of the Fourth House of Assembly and was taken when Governor Ranking delivered the 2022 Speech from the throne in January 18, 2022, which represented the Government of the Day's legislative agenda.

In his response to receiving the photograph, His Excellency, Governor Ranking said he was grateful to have been invited to the House of Assembly to read the speech from the throne.

Accompanying the Hon Speaker at the handing over ceremony was Deputy Speaker and At Large Representative Hon Neville A. Smith (AL).
