ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI - Governor of the Virgin Islands (VI) His Excellency Mr Daniel Pruce has made a courtesy call on the Civil Registry and Passport Office in the Virgin Islands (VI).

The visit, according to the Governor’s Office, comes as the Governor continues his series of introductory calls with the purpose of listening and building understanding to learn how best he can work in partnership with agencies in the VI.

The visits are also aimed at bolstering administrative collaboration and enhancing citizen services.

A post from the Governor's Information Service added, “The official visit was aimed at fostering a deeper understanding of the services provided by the department as well as engaging in nationality training pertinent to his role and responsibilities as Governor of the Virgin Islands."

Governor Pruce says that he looks forward to continued engagement with the Civil Registry and Passport Office to work together to advance the Territory's administrative capabilities and uphold the highest standards of public service.

On Facebook with the Governor right there, no wonder it takes half a year to get things done in that office.

With the Governor present on Facebook, it's no surprise that tasks take six months to complete in that office.
