Condolences to the family. However, she was not known as 'First Lady' during her late husband, Hon. HL Stoutt's tenure as Chief Minister, so why call her 'First Lady' now? Since when did this 'First Lady' thing come in in the BVI ? First Lady in the church and First Lady in Government. Shaking my head!

I guess the next change will be 'the 'President instead of the Premier Shaking my head

I wonder that myself, this First Lady thing I think is silly. In America yes. because First Ladies are required to have a platform. Not here and that is a joke.

Words of comfort are extended to her entire family. A loving individual, a humble person and caring woman who had no limits in sharing what she had with others. A woman of priceless qualities. A family friend. May her soul rest in eternal peace.
