Very good appointment however for the national squad to flourish we must see improvement, every year and decades the result are the same no significant improvement, it has become an overseas camping trip. I believe the best way forward is to identify a very young group of technical and skilled players and pay them a wage or provide an incentive for them to give up their day job or career to pursue a career representing the bvi as part of the national team whereby they will be trained to improve their skills and possibly be transfer to English teams and return when there services is needed. FIFA Has billions of money in reserved so they can partner with the sport division and pay their wages. I believe its a good idea.
