Located in the external area between arrivals and departures, the new machine not only provides added convenience for VI residents and travellers, but it also shows FirstBank’s commitment to continue investing in the territory.

“This installation reflects our ongoing commitment to offering convenient banking across the territory. Placing this ATM at the Terrance B. Lettsome International Airport is a way in which we can improve the customer experience of both BVI residents and visiting travellers,” said Amory Jervis, Vice President and BVI Market Manager at FirstBank.

Thanks to its accessible location in the airport’s external area, FirstBank’s ATM is the only one that provides travellers and the public visiting the airport with 24-hour access to their accounts, enabling them to do simple financial tasks such as making cash withdrawals and verifying account balances.

To complement this expanded ATM network, FirstBank’s Digital and Mobile Banking solutions provide customers with the flexibility to manage their finances anytime and from anywhere, reinforcing the bank’s commitment to convenience across all channels.

“This is just one more positive step in our BVI story. We will continue to invest in this community to extend more personal finance services, delivering added convenience to our customer base here,” Jervis added.

In addition to the new ATM at the airport, FirstBank provides ATM services at Nanny Cay, Road Town Ferry Terminal and the FirstBank Road Town branch.
