The location we have to go to now to pay our water bill is a disgrace!!! Just because their friend wanted his space rented didn't mean water and sewerage had to rent it. It is the worse for elderly and disabled customers to have to walk up that street ramp because there is never any parking in that little space at ground level, and then we have to catch our breath to walk up those steps, back down, and hold on for dear life not to fall down the steps and roll down the outside ramp again. Whoever chose this location is a total MORON, Moroln, Moron!!!! Water and Sewerage need to move on the flat somewhere. It clearly proves they DON'T care about us! Bunch of Nincompoops!
