ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI- The Department of Disaster Management (DDM) has advised that Sahara Dust is expected to reduce air quality over the weekend until Tuesday, May 21, 2024.

ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – As first and accurately reported by Virgin Islands News Online, students of the Virgin Islands Technical Institute were forced to evacuate the Sir Rupert Briercliff Hall over respiratory issues and relocated to Baugher's Bay. This was confirmed by Minister for Education and Culture Hon. Myron V. Walwyn in the House of Assembly today, December 18, 2012.
