2 jurors in Andrew A. Fahie’s trial change their minds about guilty verdict!
MIAMI, Florida, USA- Two jurors in the trial of Andrew A. Fahie reportedly changed their minds minutes after the guilty verdict and had even contacted presiding US District Judge Kathleen Williams about it, although she had already polled each of the 12 jurors on their unanimous verdicts and discharged them.
Credgton Smith wins freedom pending appeal!
ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI – Credgton Smith secured his freedom today, January 15, 2014, after his Attorney, Stephen Daniels, made a successful argument for the convicted man to be released on a recognisance pending an appeal of his conviction.
