ROAD TOWN, Tortola, VI– VI businessman Betteto Frett is once again in a financial matter, this time, over a complication with the National Bank of the Virgin Islands (NBVI) and a Marina belonging to him allegedly being put up for sale despite all his efforts to meet his financial obligations.
